Our Commitment to Purpose-Driven Impact
We’re proud to share the Internal Family Systems Institute (IFSI) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report for 2024–2025 — a reflection of our values, progress, and ongoing commitment to cultivating a compassionate, equitable, and sustainable global community.
This report highlights how we live our mission of bringing more Self leadership into the world — not only through training and education, but through ethical stewardship, community engagement, and a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Our Four Pillars of Impact
Over the past year, our efforts have been guided by four interconnected pillars:
Community Engagement – Building meaningful relationships and increasing access to healing
People – Supporting staff, trainers, and learners through inclusive and human-centered practices
Sustainability – Advancing environmentally responsible operations and long-term impact
Governance – Strengthening transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership
Through these pillars, we translate values into tangible actions that honor our learners, partners, and the broader global community.
"I’m very happy to share the important work we’ve been doing for years to expand access to IFS and help bring more Self leadership to the world through our 2024-2025 Corporate Social Responsibility Report. Through the end of 2026, we will highlight different aspects of how we have been making meaningful steps toward those goals.
Prior to this information, it may have been easy for some to have an incomplete picture of IFSI and the ways we strive to live the values we espouse. I’m very proud of this report and hope you will take the time to absorb it.
This series of reports reflects the beginning of our commitment to doing a better job of communicating with the IFS community. I’m very interested in your feedback and in any other questions you might have about the Institute that we can address."
