The learning objectives for this workshop will highlight the relevant history, basic assumptions, and key concepts of the IFS model (such as manager, firefighter and exile parts, and Self energy). The objectives will also include didactics, individual and interactive experiences, demonstrations, meditations, and sharing in dyads and small groups. Fatimah and Kathy will offer opportunities to learn about one's own parts and to have experiences of Self energy; at the end of this workshop, participants will be able to use these exercises and concepts with their own clients.
