Interested in an IFS intro course that gives you a chance to practice the basic steps of the model with the support of supportive, experienced IFS therapists? Through presentation, live session demonstrations, guided visualization, discussion, and SELF based mindfulness practices, become familiar with Parts, Self, and the basic flow of the IFS model.
