Learn and practice the theory and basic process of IFS.  Through presentation, video and live demonstration, guided visualization, discussion, and small group practice, become familiar with parts, Self, and the flow of the IFS model.  Compassion based mindfulness practice will be integrated into the workshop to help clients access SELF during and after trauma processing.
