Over the past year, the IFS Institute has refined our admissions process to create a more streamlined, transparent, and equitable experience for applicants. We are pleased to share that these updates have already made a meaningful difference in how professionals engage with our programs.
At the same time, interest in IFS trainings has never been higher. This tremendous growth reflects the expanding reach and impact of IFS worldwide. Each year, more professionals seek to join our community of learners, and we view this as a powerful sign of the model’s relevance and importance across disciplines. As a result, the waiting period between General Application approval and an invitation to register currently remains 12–18 months.
To honor this growth, we are committed to building a thoughtful, intentional admissions process - one that not only supports fairness but also cultivates dynamic, diverse cohorts. Our goal is to ensure that every participant’s journey is enriched by the collective knowledge, leadership, and collaboration of their peers.
