Internal Family Systems - 6 week Introduction to IFS

Over the last 30 years IFS has steadily grown in popularity as an effective treatment model for those struggling with complex trauma, mood disorders and affect dysregulation. IFS is also a profoundly beneficial modality in assisting individuals in deepening their own internal relationships as well as improving their interpersonal relationships.

In this 6-week workshop you will move from a basic introduction to the “what” and “how” of IFS, into a deeper understanding of the healing steps of the model.

*Functionally conceptualize multiplicity of the mind
*Understand Polarities
*Implement Parts mapping
*Use the 6 F’s to get to know one’s Parts.
And have
*Tangible exercises for helping one to connect directly with their Parts
*Exercises for connecting with Self

This workshop is intended for individuals who are curious about IFS and want to expand their knowledge of and experience with the model. This workshop is intended to be beneficial for individuals who are either wanting to learn more about the model before taking a Level 1 training or are awaiting the start of a level 1 and are eager to dive a little deeper into their understanding of the model prior to their training.

Workshop is open to both therapists and non-therapists. NJ CEU’s pending.
