IFS Institute is a fully remote organization, bringing together talented professionals across the United States, Canada, Spain, and the United Kingdom, with our organizational home in Oak Park, Illinois.
While our team works remotely, connection is at the heart of how we operate. We intentionally foster community through meaningful virtual collaboration and periodic in-person all-staff gatherings, creating space for relationship, shared learning, and belonging.
