If you have earned a Level 2 Certificate of Completion, you are eligible to apply for Level 3 training. To ensure the best learning experience, we recommend waiting at least six months after completing Level 2 before beginning Level 3.

Overview of the General Application & Registration Process

Step 1: Submit a Level 3 General Application (we expect the Level 3 General Application to open again in early 2026). To participate in a training, individuals must submit a General Application. If you have already submitted one, there is no need to reapply. 

Step 2: Register for a Level 3 Training. After your General Application is approved, you will later be invited to a Registration Period where you can select a training.
