IFS Online Circle
Our introductory online program gives those new to the Internal Family Systems model a comprehensive overview of core IFS principles and techniques. Enrollment opens each Spring and Fall when we offer monthly teachings progressing through the concepts of IFS including The Flow of the Model, The Protective System, Fears of the Protectors, Working with Exiles, Polarizations, Direct Access and In-Sight, and more.
Our private online community is a powerful way to learn and connect with others on their IFS journey. Monthly live calls with Q & A opportunities are presented by lead trainers and IFS founder Dick Schwartz.
Please note: The IFS Online Circle is not designed to replace the IFS level 1 training, which is a requirement for anyone who wants to practice IFS in clinical or professional setting.
IFS Continuity Program
This special membership program and practitioner community was created to deepen the knowledge and skills of those who are enrolled in or have completed IFS Level 1 Training, and those who have already participated in the IFS Online Circle. Deepen your knowledge and skills of IFS on this global platform for continuous learning. Practitioners around the world can stay connected, share ideas, and support each other.
You will be able to participate in live monthly calls with IFS founder Dick Schwartz and some of our best trainers. We will also solicit case studies from members, as well as ask for volunteers from among our participants to demo with Dick Schwartz.
Enrollment opens 3 times a year (May, September, and January) as we explore content specific modules together for 4 months. Past topics include, Trauma, Neuroscience and IFS; Depression, Anxiety and Shame, and Diversity and Inclusion.
The Online Circle program allowed me an affordable way to dip my toe in the water and check things out before committing to another training....You all have impressed me as a wise, compassionate and talented group and I feel all the richer for having participated in the Circle.
