Learn and practice the theory and process of IFS virtually. Through presentation, video demonstration, guided visualization, discussion, become familiar with parts, Self, and the flow of the IFS model. ‘All parts are Welcome’ mindfulness practices will be integrated into the workshop to help increase awareness of Self. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice steps of the IFS model in small “break-out rooms” led by supportive, experienced IFS therapists.
