Learn and practice the theory and process of IFS virtually.  Through presentation, video demonstration, guided visualization, discussion, become familiar with parts, Self, and the flow of the IFS model.  Compassion based mindfulness practice will be integrated into the workshop to help increase access to Self.  Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice steps of the IFS model in small “break-out rooms” led by supportive, experienced IFS therapists.
