Parts Catalogue Cards provide an opportunity for deeper integration and are a simple way to capture the healing of each individual part throughout IFS sessions. The front contains each part's memorable retrieval location, unburdening, reclaimed qualities, former and new roles, and imagery. On the back, is space to write all burdens, gems, concerns that we learn about each part along the healing process, as well as the do-over experiences and critical memories. Individuals may opt to use these as a beginning for their Parts Biographies (one of the six tools of the DPMP). Size: 8.5" x 11". 100-pages, double-sided. Instructions provided.
